Method for preparing nano-circuit including V2O5 nanowire pattern and Au nanoparticle pattern and the nano-circuit prepared therefrom

Abstract

A method of manufacturing a nano circuit including a V2O5 nano wire pattern and an Au nano particle pattern is provided to manufacture a micro electronic device which is portable by printing the nano circuit on a flexible substrate. At a first step, a V2O5 nano wire adsorption material(120) is transited into a substrate(100) by a micro contact printing method. At a second step, a nano wire pattern of the V2O5 is formed. At a third step, a pattern of an Au nano particle is formed by using the Langmuir-Blogdgett trough. At a fourth step, the Au nano particle pattern is transited onto the V2O5 nano wire pattern by a micro contact printing method.
